THEY LOOK BACK

  David Stewart Klein has continued to build his body of work in order to express both his humanity and the humanity of others through his portraiture and scenes of people through a fantastical yet grounded visual sensibility. Klein uses his artistic dynamic of blending sensitivity with tactile grit to create an intense visceral exhibition that will not leave your mind soon. In his fourth solo exhibition: “They Look Back”, Klein once again challenges our humanity by not only exposing himself through his characters but our sense of comfort and hope in a life that is continually challenging and uncertain for everyone in their own unique way.
